How do you celebrate an encore? Just ask CFC YFL Campus Based. Having just experienced the Lord’s immense love a few weekends prior, Campus Based was at it again as they held their Wildfire Campus Assembly held at Layforce, Guadalupe in Makati City last April 21. From invited attendees open to college students around Manila serving in the program and even opening the event up for college students serving in the Districts, the event became exciting and filled with inspired YFL members.

Philippine Servants Summit is something I never expect. But that summit caused me to think that, “yeah I am a leader in our district but is that all?” And I admit, talagang nagkulang ako. I even realized that my prayer time is inconsistent and weak! Masakit! Pero totoo naman. It hurts when reality speaks! And the talks during the summit really inspired me. What can the hands do if the heart itself is not in a good posture? Too many questions and happy to have its answers through the help of my co-district servants. My district needs my help and my service.

How He Loves Us

It is just amazing how the Lord really works in our lives. This YFL Con is a proof that God can do the impossible. One instance is that I have to overcome stomach cramps on the first day of the conference. I thought that it will make me sick for the whole conference but through God’s grace, He made me able to overcome it and do more of His works!

Praise the Lord for an amazing experience that he brought to us CFCYFL! Truly, the Lord is really great in our lives. Second day na ang inabutan sa YFL Conference dahil may classes ako ng Friday but this time umagang umaga palang ay nasusubukan na ang aking Pananampalataya. Nabalitaan ko sa mga kasama ko sa District of Manila na nawawalan kami ng food stubs almost twenty-six(26)food stubs ang nawawala. At 15 lang ang natira kay Brother Ezekiel na nakolekta nya sa mga members. Alam na alam namin na very strict ang food committee ng YFL Con dahil pag walang stubs walang pagkain. Napaisip ako na kawawa naman yung mga members namin kung ganun. So nag-umpisa na kaming maghanap sa mga IDs namin. Simula palang napaisip na ako bakit nangyayari ito Lord? Nakarating na ako sa YFL Con problema kaagad ang haharapin ko. Inaasahan ko kasi na itong weekend na ito is going to be a smooth discernment experience para sa akin. I was thinking of taking my service to another level and even before the weekend I’m really asking the Lord for guidance and always reflecting about it. Pero ang ganda talaga ng timing at plano niya para sa atin. Simulang-simula palang ng YFL Con, pinapatunayan na niya na dapat akong magtiwala sa kanya sa lahat ng mangyayari sa buhay ko.

One Definite Yes

Yeah it could be silly and ridiculous for someone if I will say that the whole YFL Conference is already a memorable one for me. No one can argue with that simply because that was my FIRST TIME and so as the District of Ozamiz. But [for me] the most memorable segment/experience during the WYC 2013 was during the first session with Ate Joy as the speaker. One complete and definite YES to the Lord will make your life never the same again and, will really never be the same again and again.

CFC YFL Conference 2013. It’s just so amazing how the Lord reveals His will in my life right before this big event in our community. We’ve been through a major family problem for the past few months and I was thinking all the while that my parents would not allow me to join the Conference in Quezon because we also gone through financial difficulties. But through the grace of God, he allowed me to experience His greatness as He let me join this year’s conference.

Bishop reverses decision: Allows CFC FFL in UAE and Oman

In a letter to CFC FFL, Bishop Paul Hinder approved our community to operate in UAE and Oman. To quote:
