  1. There have been instances where this exhortation was not followed maybe because of what others say as “birth pains” in the community.

    We have experienced that our co-equal yet “first among equal” servants who have forgotten that we altogether serve for one purpose and that is to please God, the true master.

    Instead of God as the master, we liken it to a little “transfiguration” which transpired among themselves. This resulted to a belittling what is due to God and shifting it among themselves. Luke 11:23’s passage which speaks “He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me, scatters.” became true. We have not grown according to this design- “to serve rather is served.”

    We are really hoping that this will be the posture of everyone particularly those who steer us to appropriate direction in the community. We hope, that we too shall experience “faith works wonders”.
